Equipped with a helmet and a vest, children under 6 years old learn to cooperate and work as a team. Driving a crane, transporting bricks and building a house together, just like on a real construction site, this is the mission that the children will have to accomplish.
The whole production chain of an object, from its conception to its marketing, is explained here thanks to the live manufacturing of a box for used batteries. Visitors choose the size, shape and style of the box, before moving on to the sales station. The box can of course be kept and used at home.
Handling pulleys and belts, remotely activating switches connected to lamps… these are all techniques that the children will experiment with during this activity. They learn to become familiar with the transmission of movement and to understand the functioning of different mechanisms.
