Free locker rooms are available to individual visitors in the form of lockers. A one euro deposit or token is required.

Due to the health situation, it is no longer possible to bring your own meal. The Vessel cafeteria is closed until January 20, 2021 (per current government measures).
A free parking lot for visitors to the Vaisseau and the Bas-Rhin Departmental Archives (paying for non-visitors) with 173 spaces (plus 6 handicap spaces) as well as a drop-off zone for buses is open from 7 am to 7 pm. This parking lot can be saturated on busy days. In this case, you can find paying parking spaces along the Quai des Alpes and the Avenue du Rhin or in the parking lots located nearby on the Malraux peninsula (access from the Avenue du Rhin).
Starting May 19, 2021 (the day the Vaisseau reopens), the cafeteria will be open on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Until June 8, drinking will be allowed only on the outdoor patio. Packed lunches and birthday snacks will not be permitted.
